This service was designed for rental properties in mind. However, this option is perfect for any project where the client is wanting a quick and hassle-free option. For a fixed price, our team will come up with a design and furnish the flat according to our professional opinion.
BESPOKE INTERIOR DESIGN SERVICES
Through our bespoke Interior Design Service, our team of expert designers will curate a space that perfectly reflects your lifestyle, personality, and practical needs. Each project is expertly crafted to reflect the essence of our vision and the individuality of your property. No two designs are ever the same... We believe in creating interiors that feel authentic, timeless, and uniquely yours.
HOW IT WORKS
​At Soho Studio, we make the design process simple and enjoyable from start to finish. Once the client reaches out, we will send our design questionnaire to learn more about the required project size, style, and goals. After receiving your responses, we then go ahead and arrange an in-person consultation at our office to discuss your vision in more detail to confirm we are on the same page. When the client is ready to move forward, we request an in interior design fee. This allows us to conduct a site visit to take photos, measurements, and begin with the custom design concept.

Our Bespoke Interior Design Service offers a fully personalised and customisable approach to transforming your space. From concept to completion, we tailor every details to your individual style, aspirations, and the unique character of your home.
CUSTOM MOOD BOARDS
We create bespoke mood boards that encompass the interior design style based off of our initial discussion and questionnaire. In the mood boards we include furniture pieces, deco items, colour palettes, material and finishes our interior designers tailor to your personal project. Our approach is crafted to bring your unique vision to life, ensuring a bespoke transformation to your space
WALL & FLOORING OPTIONS
Our team of interior designers will carefully select a range of wall options, including paint samples, wallpaper and paneling options that are tailored to enhance your space. Additionally, a thoughtfully selected array of flooring options can be selected, if requested.
SPACIAL ARRANGEMENT & 2D PLANS
To ensure a flawless design, our team will carefully curate a 2D floorplan. This step allows us to meticulously plan how the final project will come together and fit based off of the measurements of the space. This attention to detail will allow us to continue on and source furniture pieces to transform the space.
